Jim
is President and partner of Coastal Apartment Advisors and has
been successful in multi-family real estate for more than 14 years.
Prior to forming CAA, Jim was with a leading multi-family brokerage
firm in the Southeast where he completed more than $350
million in multi-family transactions. Jim graduated from Emory
University with a degree in Economics and went straight into
multi-family sales.
Allan is a an
Associate with Coastal Apartment Advisors and
has joined our Hilton Head office to support our existing
markets in GA, SC and NC while leading our expansion into
Florida. Prior to joining CAA, Allan was a National Sales
Manager for PSAV, a technology company with annual sales exceeding
$700 million. He brings ten years of investment experience in
residential income-producing properties. Allan graduated from
the Goizueta School of Business of Emory University with a degree in
Business Administration.
Erika is Marketing and
Sales Director of Coastal Apartment Advisors and has been with
the company since 2005. She is responsible for executing the listing
process from marketing to due diligence, and is a licensed real
estate agent. Prior to joining CAA, she was with a national
logistics firm and handled contract management for a $700 million
government project. Erika graduated from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is currently pursuing an MBA with
a concentration in marketing.
